LOKERMINING.COM - PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (Company) was incorporated in 1990 and started its operations in coal trading activities. As it develops its business, the Company continues to augment its capacity and improves its mining infrastructure for its subsidiary and to support operations in its mine sites. In 2011, the company began to produce its own coal in the Production Operation Mining Permit (IUP OP) area, namely at Loa Janan, Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan.

The Company then entered into strategic partnership with The Tata Power Limited, the largest integrated power company in India, in the following year, 2012. This cooperation was made to support the Company's mining infrastructure development, which included improving loading conveyor and floating crane facilities and installing new crushers. This year also marked the Company's move to conduct its initial public offering at the Indonesia Stock Exchange with ticker code BSSR.

Our subsidiaries, PT Antang Gunung Meratus (AGM) owns coal Mining Business Permit based on Coal Mining Contract of Work (CCOW) 2nd generation with Mining areas of 22.433 Ha at Tapin, South Kalimantan. AGM started its production in 1999 and currently, the Company's shares ownership in AGM was 100% -1 share.

HR Operations & GA Section Head (HRSH)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from Psychology from a reputable university
• Have min. 7 years of related working experience, ideally coming from Mining Industry and already has experience in the same level
• Thorough understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
• Proven experiences in handling labor union, negotiations, and managing disputes
• Experienced in leading a team and handling end-to-end human resources administrative needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels
• Expert in MS. Office (Excel, Word, & Powerpoint)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a plus
• Location based: South Kalimantan

Recruitment Supervisor (RTSV)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from Psychology or Legal from a reputable university
• Have min. 3 years of full time recruitment experience, preferable has experience in Mining Industry
• Target driven and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Updated about talent market and able to build a robust network of target talents will be preferred Experienced in recruiting passive and active candidates
• Expert in MS. Office (Excel, Word, & Powerpoint)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a plus
• Location based: Head office, Jakarta

HR Operation & Comben Supervisor (HROSV)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in related field from a reputable university
• Have min. 4-5 years of working experiences, preferable has experience in Mining Industry
• Handle payroll, overtime, medical reimbursement, insurance, and time attendance
• Have knowledge of Ellipse / SAP and HRIS
• Prepare & monitoring employee contracts for new hire and existing employees
• Expert in MS. Office (Excel, Word, & Powerpoint)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a must
• Location based: Head office, Jakarta
