Plant Engineer (Code: PEN)

Assignment: Head Office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
  • Familiar and able to do preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for heavy equipment and dump truck.
  • Responsible to develop Plant Management System and ensure that system running well.
  • Process performance data on mining machinery and equipment & supporting materials as a review of conformity with plan and budget.
  • Responsible to develop and implement procedures, systems and programs related to the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment, so that maintenance activities of machinery and equipment can be carried out according to plan.
  • Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failure in all projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Male
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4 years of experiences in similar position in Mining Industries.
  • Have POP certification is an Advantage.
  • Product Knowledge
  • Extensive Knowledge about BMC, Equipment Health, Equipment Optimization.
  • Able to joint as soon as possible.

Tyre Engineer (Code : TYE)

Assignment: Head Office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
  • Responsible to make analyze performance tire in Project and also recommended the optional solution to increase lifetime tire
  • Responsible to develop tire management system
  • Responsible to coordinate with Head of Plant Department regarding the Type of appropriate tire
  • Make the budget calculation of tire that accordance with the operational condition
  • Analysis of component condition and recommendation of tire required.

Mechanic Trainer (Code : MTV)

Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
  • Plan, develop, implement, monitor teaching programs as well as evaluate employee competencies which include the subject matter of teaching programs and instructional design, theoretical and practical training with the aim of increasing mechanical competence in carrying out unit maintenance safely, effectively and efficiently in accordance with technological developments and company demands.
  • Evaluate and follow up on an ongoing basis regarding the effectiveness of the training that has been carried out to obtain customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning schedule service maintenance & PCR Unit.
  • Analysis part failure & make failure analysis report. Responsible to create warranty claim report.

  • Responsible to create KPI Plant (PA/MA, MTTR MTBS & Schedule).
  • Responsible to create historical replace minor & major component.
  • Responsible to validation part order from mechanic.

  • Responsible to supervise all mining activities and maintain the cleanliness work environment also make sure all mining operation according to plan design made by engineering to achieve work target.
  • Supervise the optimization of heavy equipment in the working area, including the number and type of heavy equipment needed.
  • Estimating the number of piles material and determines the action that need for the material.
