LOKERMINING.COM - PT Sumber Adi Swarna merupakan perusahaan pertambangan iron sand yang berkantor pusat di Jakarta dan Beroperasi berlokasi di Desa Momujiu, Kabupaten Loloda Provinsi Maluku Utara berdasarkan Izin Usaha Pertambangan Operasi Produksi (IUP OP) no 540/186//HU/2011 Dengan seluas 1.544 Hektar.

Perusahaan ini berdiri pada tanggal 23 Desember 2019 Dan terus berkembang hingga saat ini.

Fokus utama pada pertambangan iron sand yang terkenal di Maluku Utara karena memiliki sumber pasir besi yang sangat melimpah.

SUPERVISOR OPERATION

QUALIFICATIONS

• Min. High school / Diploma in civil, machinery, automotive engineering, industrial engineering/ Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years experiences in mineral/coal mining, coal/mineral processing, and shipping.
• POP/POM certification is preferred.
• Good leadership.
• Good communication with team, coworkers and external parties.
• Able to identify problems and find solutions to problems in the field in terms of 4M + 1E.
• Willing to be placed in North Halmahera with 8:2 roster system.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Ensure the availability of the number of units and manpower from the contractor in accordance with the engineering plan to carry out the production process according to the target (starting from loading hauling activities, stockpilling, processing products, and barging/shipment).
• Distribute and monitor work units in each type of work in accordance with production targets.
• Ensure work areas and activities are safe and secure to achieve production by making IBPR and JSA with relevant departments.
• Conduct P5M every day at the beginning of shift related to work activities, safety, and job pending.
• Evaluate heavy equipment contractors with weekly reports and monthly reports.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the engineering department and related departments to maintain achievable production targets and project performance.

SUPERINTENDENT ENGINEERING

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering / Geology / Civil Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the field of mining (Mineral Mining, Coal Mining).
• Have POP/POM certification are preferable
• Have good leadership skills.
• Have good communication with team, coworkers and external parties.
• Expert in identifying problems, analyzing data and making reports.
• Willing to be placed in North Halmahera with 8:2 roster system.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Lead the team to create a mine plan, control the running of the mine, and evaluate production achievement.
• Create short to long term strategic plan with activity plan (PDCA Plan, Do, Check, Action).
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports related to mine planning, production reports and evaluation.
• Coordinate with mining operation team so that the mining process can be productive and efficient.
• Control the mining budget to keep it under control in accordance with the plan.

SUPERINTENDENT SHE

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering / Environment Engineering / Occupational Health and Safety / Geology Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years experience in SHE field in coal mineral mining (Iron Sand, Nickel, Gold, etc.).
• Have BNSP AK3 General certificate Expert in Occupational health and safety law.
• Have a good leadership and communication skills with team, coworkers and external parties.
• Willing to be placed in North Halmahera with 8:2 roster system.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Prepare technical SOPS for mining operations (IBPR, SA, JSA) and document reports related to government regulations (Accident/incident report, corporate compliance).
• Carry out procedures for controlling, identifying, and recording mining OHS documents and records accurately according to applicable procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting of routine work such as daily safety inspection and periodic inspections. Evaluate and distribute hazard report and other documents, inspections, monitoring through the k3lh program system.
• Ensure the work area is safe with PPE, installing signs, IBPR studies, Inspections and Making JSA with related departments Ensure environmental reports and evaluations are made per 3 months / semester for RKAB reporting.
• Create a program to minimize hazardous waste so that it is well accommodated.
• Implement and make HSE programs, HSE meetings faithfully every month.
